As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, interacting with customers to reputed company and purchase their ideal products, and providing a world-class customer experience. You'll work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day, and be expected to meet or exceed sales targets. Your day-to-day schedule will be available in our scheduling system, allowing you to plan your shifts and ensure maximum availability and responsiveness to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers reputed company and purchase their ideal products
- Work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day
- Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call reputed company, including testing questions, accepting deals, building compatibility, and upselling or cross-selling products

- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance their experience by upselling or cross-selling products
