[Remote] Commission Information Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Insurance Services is seeking a Commission Information Administrator to manage and review reputed company statement data. The role involves collecting, loading, and maintaining accurate data in specified systems while ensuring effective communication with reputed company representatives.
Responsibilities
- Administer spreadsheet of reputed company reputed company portals and websites and corresponding password and login information for reputed company
- Using daily EFT download from the bank and reputed company deposit data identify commissions received
- Download/account for reputed company commission statements from reputed company portals, efaxes, emails and US mail, making reputed company they are electronically saved to the reputed company directory
- Investigate missing or unidentified statements
- Prepare assigned statements into necessary reputed company format for reputed company coding and broker commission payments
- Load data into Stateable system
- Communicate with reputed company representatives regarding missing statements
- reputed company and quantify reputed company support tickets with 3rd party vendor
- Assist with special reputed company as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
