As a key member of our Water Billing and Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our reputed company customers, responding to customer inquiries and requests for service, and performing a reputed company of customer service functions. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting the reputed company and providing customer service at the reputed company counter and reputed company telephone, ensuring a reputed company and welcoming experience for reputed company customers.
• Answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and requests for service, and providing accurate information regarding reputed company services, departmental policies, and account/billing reputed company.
• Establishing customer accounts, updating, maintaining, and researching account information, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Preparing, processing, and issuing work orders for reputed company re-reads and the reputed company, disconnection, and reconnection of water services, ensuring that reputed company necessary documentation is completed accurately and reputed company.
• Processing requests for after-hours service, preparing reputed company charges, and logging customer addresses for use by after-hours field personnel.
• Filing and maintaining service requests/work order documentation, ensuring that reputed company records are accurate and easily accessible.
• Monitoring customer accounts for past due charges, establishing payment arrangements, and granting payment extensions for past due accounts as warranted, ensuring that customers are treated fairly and with respect.
• Working collaboratively with other staff, reputed company departments, reputed company agencies, and reputed company customers to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that reputed company parties are satisfied with the outcome.

Requirements and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Coordinating and conducting a reputed company of customer service functions, including responding to reputed company inquiries and providing customer service to the reputed company's reputed company customers.
• Performing accurate data entry and updating/maintaining customer account information, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid Texas reputed company License with a good driving record is required. Applicants with an out-of-state reputed company license must reputed company an original certified driving record from the state of driving licensure.
• A typing test is required.
• Customer Service Certification/Training is a plus.
