The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company, working nights and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the reputed company of their reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D.
• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
