The Customer Service Representative at arenaflex addresses and resolves reputed company customer questions and issues, providing the best customer experience possible. This role corrects errors, follows up with process servers, moves orders along, and provides information and updates. The Customer Service Representative works with other teams to ensure reputed company necessary tasks are completed on orders. This customer-reputed company role requires diplomacy, the ability to think on your feet, and reputed company a cool head while juggling many priorities at once.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to existing orders
