We're looking for a driven New Business Sales Executive to join our reputed company team and grow our footprint in the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) reputed company. This is a quota-carrying role reputed company on hunting new reputed company and driving reputed company and mid-market reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Own and reputed company a new business ARR quota
- Prospect, qualify, and reputed company net-new opportunities

- Partner with BDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing on campaigns and demos
- Accurately forecast, maintain CRM discipline, and negotiate multi-year reputed company reputed company

- 5+ years reputed company reputed company sales experience, preferably in workplace tech, PropTech, IWMS, CAFM, or reputed company fields
- Proven reputed company record of quota achievement ($750K+ ARR)
- Strong executive selling and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with reputed company sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)

HIRING SALARY reputed company: $80,000 - 135,.000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
