Renewals Specialist
reputed company is an AI-driven digital work platform dedicated to enhancing flexible and secure work experiences. They are looking for Renewals Specialists to manage a high volume of contract renewals reputed company, ensuring customer engagement and retention while tracking renewal processes and opportunities for upselling.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a high volume of assigned customer accounts
- Proactively engage with customers 90–120 days in advance to confirm contract terms and secure renewals
- Ensure reputed company renewal communications (notifications, reminders, confirmations) are accurate and reputed company
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for renewal discussions
- Help customers recognize the ongoing value of reputed company’s solutions
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate internal teams reputed company needed
- Identify at-risk accounts and flag them for follow-up by reputed company or Sales
- Spot upsell or cross-sell opportunities where appropriate and reputed company to Account Executives
- Consistently deliver high retention rates by executing a disciplined, transactional renewal process

Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing or sales-reputed company roles (reputed company, subscription-based, retail sales, or similar)
- Strong drive and motivation to build a career in technology sales
- Ability to reputed company in a high-volume, transactional sales environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer-first reputed company with a reputed company on efficiency and accuracy
- Familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant reputed company experience
