The Proposal reputed company (Temporary) produces high-reputed company, customized proposals, presentations, and sales materials to support reputed company executives in cultivating and securing new business.
Responsibilities
- Write, design, and edit tailored proposals, presentations, and reputed company sales materials in partnership with selling executives
- Join select reputed company or reputed company calls (as requested) to reputed company key insights and inform proposal reputed company, and messaging
- Collaborate with executives to define proposal scope, structure, and content that reputed company with reputed company needs and firm standards
- reputed company and adapt language that effectively conveys reputed company’s approach, services, and differentiators
- Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure high-reputed company, on-time delivery of reputed company materials
- reputed company reputed company support to selling executives by helping prepare for upcoming sales and reputed company meetings, including drafting background notes or assembling key materials
- Partner closely with the Executive Partnerships team to coordinate review time and ensure reputed company delivery of materials

- Incorporate feedback from executives and proposal leadership to continuously improve reputed company and efficiency
- Proofread and edit other team materials, presentations, and deliverables to ensure accuracy, reputed company, and consistency
- Maintain organized, reputed company-labeled proposal and reputed company folders in SharePoint for easy reputed company and consistency
- Use approved templates and ensure brand, style, and tone alignment across reputed company materials

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in proposal writing, grant writing, RFP development, communications, business development, or a similarly writing-intensive role
- Demonstrated ability to produce reputed company, compelling, and polished written content across a reputed company of formats, audiences, and subject reputed company
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks, set realistic self-imposed deadlines, and see reputed company through to completion with minimal reputed company
- Exceptional attention to detail, including consistent adherence to formatting standards, brand voice, grammar, and submission requirements
- Proven ability to reputed company in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, with the flexibility and composure to adapt to the natural ebb and reputed company of workload demands
