[Remote] Consultant Relations

They are seeking two Business Development Managers to drive ICHRA adoption through consulting firms, focusing on building relationships and generating leads for the Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a regional plan to establish, deepen, and maintain relationships with benefits consultants, producers, and broker partners
- Generate partner-reputed company leads through referrals, producer reputed company, networking, market reputed company, conferences, and targeted prospecting
- Deliver ICHRA education, demos, reputed company, and producer trainings tailored to reputed company firm and market
- Partner with Marketing on regional campaigns, webinars, roundtables, conference follow-up, and field events
- Work closely with Sales to convert consultant engagement into employer introductions and reputed company opportunities
- reputed company market feedback, partner insights, competitive intelligence, and product feedback with internal teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of B2B reputed company, channel development, consultant relations, or business development experience; reputed company, benefits, HR tech, or insurance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of benefits consulting firms, brokers, carriers, producers, renewal cycles, and the health insurance ecosystem
- Proven ability to manage a territory, own a named account list, build relationships, and create measurable pipeline through partners
- Strong communication, presentation, executive reputed company, organization, follow-up, and CRM discipline
- Ability to translate ICHRA and reputed company's offering into reputed company partner and reputed company value
- Willingness and ability to meet the travel expectations of the role
