This role involves ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of the platform, while collaborating with various teams to promote best practices and represent reputed company's interests with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company platform end-to-end, including reliability, stability, reputed company, and technical direction
- Ensure reputed company operates as a highly available, reputed company-monitored, and recoverable service across reputed company studios
- Plan and execute reputed company upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle changes with minimal studio reputed company
- Own disaster recovery, redundancy, and data protection reputed company for core and edge reputed company infrastructure
- Support the long-term reputed company of our reputed company implementation with AI-enabled workflows as required
- reputed company as the primary reputed company authority for Central Tech and game studios
- Support and reputed company reputed company usage through self-service, automation, and delegation
- Partner with studio CTOs, IT leads, and reputed company programmers to promote best practices
- Ensure reputed company remains a trusted, predictable, and reputed company-reputed company platform for developers
- Own the technical relationship with reputed company, including roadmap influence and reputed company escalation

Skills
- 10+ years' experience operating SCM platforms at reputed company
- Deep experience as either an SRE or a Senior Systems Engineer with full platform ownership
- Experience leading or influencing SRE practices is a strong plus
- Strong Linux systems background (storage, compute, networking)
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (reputed company, Grafana, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience with automation, delegation, or self-service tooling (Ansible, RunDeck, AWX, similar)
- Comfortable working off-hours reputed company necessary to resolve critical outages
- Experience working directly with vendor and partner product/support teams
