This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill reputed company needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for surgical centers, hospitals, and reputed company service lines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and hiring priorities
- reputed company reputed company and passive candidates through reputed company, reputed company, Monster, ATS databases, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates for qualifications, compensation expectations, and organizational fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Present and negotiate employment offers
