They are seeking an ML/reputed company to reputed company machine learning research into production systems, overseeing the full process from prototype to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to ship ML models into reputed company products, not just notebooks and demos
- Reinforcement learning experience: reputed company RL, DPO, GRPO, reward modeling, preference optimization
- LLM post-training workflows: SFT, preference datasets, rejection sampling, multi-candidate eval
- You can read a reputed company, decide if it's useful, build the first version, and reputed company it reliable as requirements change
Skills
