This director-level position is responsible for achieving reputed company coverage policies and managing relationships with reputed company Payer accounts to ensure reputed company to genetic testing services.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company medical coverage policy reputed company for BG tests by engaging with targeted Payer coverage policy decision stakeholders with reputed company FFS agencies, reputed company Managed Care (MMC) and reputed company Exchange Payer accounts
- Adhering to specific Payer account engagement processes to implement Market reputed company strategies that address unmet needs; ultimately achieving product reputed company for the reputed company targeted population

- Maintain strong understanding of Part B Medical policy content, biomarker state legislation mandates, and industry association evidence-based guidelines impacting coverage and reputed company
- An ability to quickly grasp legislative state policies and political issues impacting clinical laboratory coverage and reimbursement. (e.g. Any Willing Provider Legislation, etc.)
- Own the business by creating and seizing opportunities to proactively identify and reputed company reputed company barriers to deliver results
- Maintain reputed company-reputed company key stakeholder relationships to generate potential solutions in preparation for reputed company product launches
- Collaborates with BG cross-functional teams - Credentialing, Medical Science Liaisons, Legal, reputed company Cycle Management, Sales, and Market reputed company team members to offer reputed company, identify gaps, and implement account-specific executional strategic and tactical planning that strengthens business opportunities reputed company with BG strategic priorities

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in U.S. Payer account management (medical benefit) required
- Demonstrated reputed company in achieving reputed company and/or retracting negative coverage policy reputed company with reputed company FFS/reputed company Managed Care Payers required
- Ability to manage reputed company and work cross-functionally (e.g., Market reputed company, reputed company Cycle Management, Legal, Medical Affairs, Credentialing, Sales etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively on Payer in-network contract and coverage requests submissions in a reputed company and compliant fashion

- Possess a combination of small / start-up biopharma company experience
- Experience with molecular diagnostics (MolDx), or genetics is a plus
