Job reputed company As a Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our reputed company Recovery Department team. This hybrid position offers a unique reputed company of remote and in-office work, with a mix of 2/3 days on-site and off-site work. You will be responsible for assisting with various reputed company, including data entry, medical record retrieval, and report reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Project associate reputed company duties + Retrieve patient medical records from various Hospital systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Generate and prepare patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for reputed company audits. + Extract and reputed company necessary information from/to Hospital patient reputed company systems. + reputed company phone calls to Post Acute reputed company Facilities to obtain information needed on patients. + Run and create reports to support reputed company recovery efforts. + Assist with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team. + reputed company and reputed company documents to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with the reputed company Recovery Department team to ensure seamless project execution.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., reputed company administration, business, or computer science) preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in medical records management, data entry, or a reputed company field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
