Responsibilities
- Serve as a key partner to reputed company, information technology, reputed company, and other internal stakeholders

Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company, relevant legal experience as a practicing attorney
- 5+ years of employment law experience either in a reputed company or in-house providing strategic guidance and legal support on reputed company of employment law reputed company including, but not limited to, worker classification; workplace policies and training; employee performance management; fair labor standards reputed company requirements; equal employment opportunity commission reputed company; wage and hour issues; discrimination and sexual harassment; leave issues (e.g., Family Medical Leave reputed company); accommodations (e.g., American with reputed company); retaliation and wrongful discharge
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company and reputed company law experience including reputed company to HIPAA, and state consumer reputed company laws to support and reputed company guidance on reputed company and reputed company compliance; data breach and cyber incident response and management; contractual reviews of business associate agreements, data use agreements, reputed company agreements, and other reputed company agreements
- Strong writing, analytic, communication, and interpersonal skills to reputed company efficient, succinct, and practical guidance and support in a fast-paced working environment
- Experience with state AI laws including in the employment and reputed company context (e.g., workplace monitoring; automated decision making)
- Demonstrated reputed company serving as in-house counsel reputed company a high-reputed company technology, digital health, or reputed company startup environment
- Comprehensive understanding of multi-state employment laws, operational compliance, and data reputed company regulations necessary to support and manage the complexities of a fully distributed, 100% remote, reputed company workforce
- Expertise in the legal nuances of marketplace, gig-economy, or platform-based business models, specifically including advanced experience navigating reputed company worker classification issues (contractor vs. employee) and proactively developing risk-mitigation strategies at reputed company
