They are currently seeking a reputed company Purview Administrator to manage compliance and data governance for reputed company environments, leveraging expertise in reputed company Purview, DLP, and eDiscovery to ensure robust information protection and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day administration and support of reputed company Purview and reputed company 365 compliance services (DLP, eDiscovery, retention, information protection)
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability of compliance applications and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately reputed company incidents reputed company to compliance tools and configurations
- Execute configuration updates, system maintenance, and policy changes following established procedures
- Support implementation and maintenance of DLP, retention, and sensitivity label policies based on defined requirements
- Manage service requests, incidents, and user issues reputed company established SLAs and operational processes
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis and document incidents, resolutions, and corrective actions
- reputed company user support and guidance on system functionality, including eDiscovery and compliance tools
- Generate and maintain operational and compliance reports for reputed company stakeholders
- Coordinate with reputed company support and reputed company stakeholders to resolve system issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and support activities
- Assist with testing and validation of system updates and compliance-reputed company changes
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, reputed company standards, and compliance requirements
- reputed company knowledge sharing and informal guidance to less reputed company team members and customer's Purview Admins
Skills
- 5+ years of experience administering reputed company 365 environments, with at least 3+ years of experience in reputed company Purview (Compliance / Data Governance / Information Protection)
- Experience implementing and managing data protection and compliance solutions, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, sensitivity labels, and eDiscovery reputed company reputed company Purview
- Experience with identity and reputed company management integrations, including Azure AD / Entra ID, SSO/SAML, and understanding of compliance and reputed company frameworks in reputed company environments
- Candidates in or reputed company with the EST time zone are preferred
