They are seeking a temporary Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring alignment with company culture and compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- reputed company involved in the full recruitment cycle from initiating hire requisitions through employment offers and reputed company
- Ensures reputed company positions are filled in alignment with company culture, and in a reputed company manner
- The Recruiter will handle reputed company requisitions with various reputed company of technical and/or labor market complexity
- Follow reputed company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws
- Utilize sourcing and reputed company strategies to ensure reputed company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to qualify position requirements including qualifications, experience, location and or travel frequency, compensation expectations, etc
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education
- Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience
- Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS)
- Previous Sourcing experience
