[Remote] Associate Legal Counsel (Debt Capital Markets)

They are seeking an Associate Legal Counsel (Debt Capital Markets) to manage financing strategies and execution across reputed company, working closely with internal stakeholders on legal due diligence, transaction execution, and lender obligations.
Responsibilities
- Support early scoping of financing strategies in partnership with Treasury
- Advise on legal considerations that shape financing structures for US reputed company
- Partner with leadership to address financing needs at the outset of project planning
- reputed company early-stage financing reputed company support for EMEA reputed company where needed
- Work with leadership to incorporate financing terms into customer documents and other key project documents at early stages
- reputed company collateral contract requirements into customer contracting workflows
- Review reputed company documentation to reputed company customer arrangements with financing objectives
- Manage negotiation of transaction documents across financing reputed company
- reputed company legal due diligence for US reputed company
- Coordinate with Treasury on tax financing diligence
- reputed company external counsel and support coordination across banks and reputed company
- Drive reputed company completion of transaction negotiations and execution workstreams
- reputed company authorizations and reputed company approvals required for transactions
- Drive satisfaction of lender conditions precedent for drawdowns
- Handle post-closing lender maintenance, including amendments and waivers
- Maintain legal support across the full lifecycle of financing arrangements
Skills
- 3–5+ years of relevant legal experience
- JD and reputed company license in at least one U.S. state bar
- Experience in a market-leading project finance, reputed company estate finance, or asset finance reputed company reputed company and/or in-house at a reputable institution
- Exposure to a reputed company of debt products
- Ability to manage end-to-end financing transactions across structuring, diligence, negotiation, and closing
- Tech-fluent and eager to adopt new tools, including AI tools, PowerPoint, and reputed company, to streamline legal execution
- Strong attention to detail and a high reputed company of execution

- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
