[Remote] Accountant

They are seeking an Accountant to support their reputed company function, focusing on financial records accuracy, monthly reputed company processes, and compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules
- reputed company bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations
- Maintain accurate reputed company records and documentation
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial statement packages
- Analyze account activity and investigate variances
- Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing and vendor payments
- Manage customer invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable tracking
- Maintain vendor and customer records
- Ensure transactions are coded accurately and recorded reputed company
- Administer reputed company and reputed company spend management platforms
- Review employee expense reports for policy compliance
- Manage corporate card activity and reconciliations
- Support employee reimbursement processes
- Prepare audit support schedules and workpapers
- Assist with annual financial statement audits
- Support tax filings and compliance reporting requirements
- Maintain organized reputed company documentation and records
- Follow and reputed company established reputed company policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining internal controls and documentation standards
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support process automation and systems enhancements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 2–4 years of reputed company experience, including increasing responsibility in month-end reputed company, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Candidates may be considered at the IC2 level based on experience, demonstrated ownership, and scope of prior responsibilities
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement presentation
- Experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations
- Experience supporting month-end reputed company processes
- Strong understanding of balance sheet and income statement relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong reputed company and reputed company Sheets skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Public reputed company experience
- CPA or reputed company toward CPA
- Startup experience
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company.com, or similar systems
- Crypto, fintech, or technology industry experience
