As the U.S. Engineering reputed company, you will own the architectural reputed company and organization that drives reputed company's U.S. expansion, building a compliant backend and scaling the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Build the Compliant Backend from Scratch : Design, build, and operate the infrastructure, reputed company posture, and compliance program (ITAR / FedRAMP / CMMC) for the new product
- Execute with reputed company : Faithfully port ZUMEN’s validated drawing-data workflows into the compliant U.S. architecture based on specs from the Japan product team
- reputed company & reputed company U.S. Engineering : Hire, mentor, and establish a high-performing U.S. engineering team reputed company on long-term product reputed company and technical knowledge retention
- reputed company HQ and the U.S. Market : reputed company as the technical reputed company to Japan HQ, ensuring seamless communication, execution of specs, and reputed company feedback loops
- Customer-Facing Technical Discovery : Partner with U.S. defense reputed company and Tier-1/2 suppliers to identify reputed company requirements and deployment constraints
Skills
- U.S. Person: U.S. citizen or permanent reputed company (required for ITAR compliance)
- Hands-on Engineering Background: 5+ years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or reputed company engineering, with deep expertise in AWS environments
- Compliance Leadership: 3+ years of experience personally leading or co-owning compliance programs reputed company ITAR, FedRAMP, or CMMC-regulated reputed company environments
- Execution-reputed company Leader: A proven reputed company record of shipping highly secure infrastructure against defined product specs reputed company a global/satellite org structure
