[Remote] Small Business Account Manager

The Small Business Account Manager will manage and service a diverse book of reputed company accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for small business clients, maintaining reputed company and reputed company communication reputed company phone and email
- Review, analyze, and detail reputed company insurance policies to ensure accuracy and appropriate coverage
- Prepare audit reputed company spreadsheets across multiple lines of coverage
- Document policies and reputed company activity reputed company reputed company reputed company (preferred) or similar agency management systems
- Complete policy billing templates and partner with our reputed company team to ensure reputed company processing
- Request renewal information, market accounts, and work with carriers to secure competitive quotes
- Prepare and present renewal and new business proposals to clients
- Issue certificates of insurance, evidence of property, auto ID cards, and endorsements
- Review endorsements, audits, and policies for accuracy before delivery to clients
- Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, and internal teammates to deliver a seamless reputed company experience
Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in insurance
- Working knowledge of reputed company insurance coverages across multiple lines
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

- reputed company Property & Casualty license in your state of residence
