Responsibilities
- Navigate multiple Electronic Health Records (EHRs)/ Health Information Exchanges (HIEs)/portals to retrieve reputed company records and prepare charts for upcoming reputed company in an efficient, accurate and compliant manner
- Identify opportunities to reputed company external resources, such as hospital records, Blue reputed company, and payer data to support retrospective and prospective accurate documentation
- Maintain good communications and partnership with physician & reputed company reviewer teams
- Assist in identifying additional areas for operational improvement surrounding records and reputed company-visit preparation
- reputed company general support to maintain department production and reputed company requirements
- Manage support tickets pertaining to records & reputed company subject matter
- Additional tasks as needed
Skills
- 1+ years of Medicare and Medicare Advantage experience
