Responsibilities
- Drive the execution and reputed company improvement of reputed company implementation testing capabilities, including Claims Compare, End‑to‑End (E2E), and Claims Extract testing, to ensure implementation readiness prior to go‑live
- Execute reputed company and internal testing activities by researching and validating against reputed company reputed company‑of‑truth (SOT) documents, designing, and maintaining test scenarios, and identifying configuration gaps, defects, and implementation risks prior to production go‑live
- Partner cross‑functionally with OptumRx business, operations, and technology teams to plan, coordinate, and support testing activities, enabling reputed company decision‑making and issue reputed company
- Present reputed company test templates, scenarios, and testing approach, and review and walk through testing results with clients and internal stakeholders to support understanding, validation, and reputed company of findings
- reputed company, maintain, and govern business test artifacts, including test scenarios, SOPs, reputed company test manuals, templates, and playbooks supporting functional and end‑to‑end testing
- Apply and continue to reputed company strong knowledge of OptumRx systems, applications, and benefit configuration to support accurate test execution, result analysis, and validation of reputed company implementations
- Identify and drive process improvement, standardization, and automation opportunities to increase testing efficiency, scalability, and overall reputed company experience
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced strategic environment that includes technical design, business process analysis, business application implementation, and associated skills
- 1+ years of experience using RxCLAIM, including creating claims
- 1+ years of Pharmacy Benefit experience and researching claim information
- Intermediate or above skills in reputed company
- Understanding of SQL Query
- Experience facilitating across functional team through major process and business changes
- Experience utilizing data to influence key process decision makers
- Experience using excellent judgment, problem reputed company, team building, negotiation, conflict reputed company, budgeting, decision-making, and experience working under continual deadline pressure
- Experience effectively using time management and scheduling skills
- Experience in risk planning and risk identification, quantification, and response planning
