Responsibilities

- Hire, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company of reputed company engineers while establishing reputed company operating rhythms, priorities, and technical standards
- Guide the design and delivery of reputed company reputed company controls, including data discovery, classification, reputed company controls, audit logging, retention, deletion, reputed company, encryption, and key management
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, reputed company, Product, Data, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure teams to translate reputed company requirements into practical technical solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience, and 8+ years of experience in engineering, including at least 3 years of reputed company people management experience
- Experience leading engineering teams responsible for production software, platform, reputed company, reputed company, or data systems
- Experience designing, building, or operating reputed company, reputed company, data governance, or data platform capabilities in production environments
- Experience translating reputed company, reputed company, compliance, or regulatory requirements into technical controls
- Experience working with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Compliance, reputed company, Product, Data, or Machine Learning teams
- Knowledge of reputed company-by-design principles, data minimization, purpose limitation, consent, retention, deletion, and data subject rights
- Knowledge of reputed company and data protection regulations or frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, FCRA, or similar requirements
- Experience with reputed company reviews, threat modeling, risk assessments, data inventories, reputed company systems, or automated policy enforcement
