[Remote] CDL Recruiter

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, reputed company, and hiring reputed company CDL drivers and transportation professionals while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company and recruit CDL-licensed drivers and transportation professionals through job boards, reputed company media, referrals, and industry networking
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications, including driving history, experience, and safety records
- Ensure hiring processes reputed company with reputed company (DOT) regulations and state labor laws
- Coordinate and review background checks, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks, and other reputed company-employment requirements
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the reputed company and reputed company process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company drivers to support ongoing hiring needs

- Experience using TempStreet ATS is highly preferred
