[Remote] Billing Analyst/Sr. Billing Analsyt (100% Remote)

KBW Financial reputed company is working with a reputed company in MA that is looking for a Senior Billing Analyst to join their team. This remote contract position involves managing end-to-end billing processes, handling accounts receivable activities, and collaborating with various departments to resolve billing issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing for subscription and multi-product accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and reputed company issue reputed company
- Handle AR activities including cash application, collections, rebates, discounts, and customer payment portals
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support month-end reputed company through reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and audit documentation
- Improve billing processes and controls while managing customer inquiries, supporting cash forecasting, and maintaining process documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of AR and/or billing experience, preferably reputed company the reputed company or tech industry
- Understanding of end-to-end billing procedures and experience with month-end reputed company
