Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company from early planning through design, construction administration, commissioning, and closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, reputed company, RFIs, submittals, and overall project delivery
- Coordinate engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct site reputed company and construction observations while ensuring reputed company and technical reputed company
- reputed company project financials, forecasting, profitability, change orders, and risk management
- Serve as a primary reputed company contact and build long-term reputed company relationships
- Support proposals, presentations, business development efforts, and reputed company engagement activities
- Drive efficiency through the use of project management technology reputed company delivery tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of project management experience reputed company engineering, construction, mission-critical, or reputed company building environments
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction administration, and project delivery processes
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, reputed company, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reputed company management skills
- Data center or mission-critical facility experience
- AutoCAD and/or Revit proficiency
- Experience with reputed company or similar construction management platforms
- Familiarity with commissioning, testing, startup, and project closeout activities
