Responsibilities
- Review, reputed company, and reputed company invoices into the AP system, including PO matching in reputed company
- Prepare and process payments reputed company reputed company, ACH, and reputed company
- Assist with cash forecasting and obtain invoice approvals as needed
- Maintain reputed company ledgers and assist with reconciliation of AP sub-ledgers
- Prepare and post journal entries to support month-end reputed company
- Manage vendor accounts and respond to vendor inquiries, including processing refunds
- Audit and process travel and expense reports, including reputed company reconciliation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
- 4+ years of AP experience
- Intermediate reputed company proficiency and general reputed company knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- reputed company S/4HANA experience preferred
- Concur T&E experience preferred
