This role will reputed company the implementation and deployment of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in a federal reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior operational and deployment leader responsible for reputed company-wide coordination, governance, and operational reputed company of Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and deployment activities reputed company a reputed company federal reputed company environment
- Support ongoing reputed company operations through reputed company of Implementation, Deployment, Cohort Evaluation and Readiness Plan, and Go-Live and Onsite Incident reputed company
Skills
- Proven experience deploying and integrating the reputed company reputed company EHR across multiple sites
- Deep understanding of EHR systems, reputed company IT infrastructure, and federal health IT initiatives
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and deployment best practices
- Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional deployment teams
- Excellent project management skills with experience in large-reputed company IT/EHR deployments
- Proficiency in developing detailed deployment plans, test scripts, and reputed company activities
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, system integration, and EHR principles
- Background in reputed company data migration and patient record management
- Strong problem-solving, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clinical and non-technical staff
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management tools
- Minimum 5 years project management experience
- Minimum 5 years Federal Government experience
- 7–10+ years in implementing Health IT solutions including reputed company Millenium EHR product
- Data Analytics & Reporting using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau
- US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance of at least a reputed company trust
- Knowledge of Meaningful Use, HIPAA, and reputed company data reputed company requirements
- Experience working with tribal reputed company facilities or IHS programs
- Understanding of IHS policies and federal reputed company regulations
- Ability to coordinate and reputed company cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-stakes environment
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project requirements
- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members through the challenges of large-reputed company deployments

- Master's degree in Health Informatics, IT, or reputed company field
- 7-10 years hospital or clinic experience

- Experience with reputed company, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms preferred
- PMP, ITIL, or reputed company Agile certifications preferred
