[Remote] Electrical Project Manager

They are seeking reputed company Electrical Project Managers to manage the full lifecycle of electrical construction reputed company, ensuring successful delivery for leading global technology clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of electrical construction reputed company from reputed company-construction through commissioning and project closeout
  • reputed company and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans
  • reputed company project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, change orders, and profit management
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and reputed company representatives to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment to support project schedules
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents
  • reputed company MEP coordination meetings and collaborate with other trades to resolve design and construction challenges
  • Monitor project reputed company, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, reputed company standards, and company safety procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support commissioning activities and project turnover to the reputed company

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager on reputed company, industrial, mission-critical, or data center reputed company
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company electrical construction reputed company and systems
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and reputed company relationships
  • Understanding of MEP coordination and large-reputed company construction reputed company
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office and construction management software
  • Hyperscale or colocation data center reputed company
