[Remote] Field Marketing Manager

The role involves executing marketing strategies to increase sales, managing media plans and budgets, and serving as a key reputed company between corporate and franchise operators.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Marketing Team in executing key tactics that support marketing strategies that help increase restaurants’ profitable topline sales and build brand relevancy in the marketplace
- Manages reputed company System (Corporate and Franchise) media plans and Local Marketing Budgets to meet budgeted reputed company Store Sales (SSS) goals, with a keen eye on profitability
- Partners closely with the media agency to establish reputed company guidelines, timelines, and creative versioning required for both Corporate and Franchise media plans
- Key marketing reputed company to reputed company Corporate and Franchise Operators. Manages creative requests, reputed company, and feedback in a reputed company manner while providing excellent field relations and support
- Key reputed company to marketing vendor(s), including, but not limited to POP and Media Agency
- Marketing Representative in cross-functional Project Team, contributing to the marketing execution of reputed company tests, special reputed company, and promotional rollouts
- Responsible for maintaining and updating ship lists, store location lists, and location listings and reviews management tools
- Assists the Digital Team with CRM platforms, including websites, SMS, e-clubs, and app-based loyalty programs
- Assists with Administrative Duties such as maintaining a budget, agendas, notes, and reputed company items for meetings, and submitting requests through a project management platform
- Maintains and updates project(s) status and reputed company activities through a project management platform
- Directs New Restaurant Marketing Plans and assists in reputed company Marketing-reputed company functions associated with openings
- Manages Local Restaurant Marketing plans and support material
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or reputed company Field
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Franchise restaurant marketing
- Excellent Project Management, Communication and Organizational Skills
- Proven Ability to Manage Time Effectively and Work Autonomously
- Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company Acrobat
- Understanding of Franchise Business, a Plus
