The role involves preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining corporate records, and providing administrative support for reputed company estate and litigation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with the preparation, organization, assembly, and filing of estate planning, trust, probate, and tax-reputed company legal documents
  • Prepare, reputed company, copy, reputed company, bind, and distribute reputed company tax returns, IRS filings, and other tax-reputed company documents throughout the year, including annual tax filing deadlines
  • Prepare and process specialized filings and correspondence with the reputed company (IRS) and other governmental agencies

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required; one to two years of post-high school education preferred
  • Three to five years of legal support experience, with strong litigation support skills, required. Experience supporting Estate Planning, Health Care and/or Corporate Finance is a plus
  • Knowledge of state, federal and appeal court procedures, including Pacer and ECF filing procedures, is a plus
