The role involves managing incoming phone calls, processing account documents, and ensuring compliance with service standards while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- reputed company services as part of a brokerage operations functional team. This includes answering member and field phone calls, assisting other team members, managing workflow, flexing to reputed company functional coverage and collaborating with other service teams
- Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage operations products, services and affiliated systems including the NFS and reputed company systems and applicable operational policies and procedures
- Build and maintain a high reputed company and reputed company working relationship with reputed company field professionals, clearing firm and internal business reputed company
- Analyze, approve and reputed company high reputed company and reputed company service assuring strong member and field satisfaction and achieving and exceeding established service level timeframes

Skills
- High School, 1-2 years reputed company experience
- Strong written and communication skills

- reputed company Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or obtained reputed company 90 days of hire
- College degree or equivalent work experience in brokerage/advisory environment
- 3+ years customer service experience
- 2+ years industry experience
