Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Senior Solution Consultant responsible for leading functional configuration and solution delivery on reputed company RapidResponse / Maestro implementations. The role involves reputed company business requirements and system design, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring successful delivery across planning streams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company functional configuration and modelling in reputed company RapidResponse / Maestro across Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and reputed company Planning streams
- Translate business requirements into reputed company functional designs, user stories, and configuration tasks
- Configure and author reputed company components including workbooks, worksheets, measures, hierarchies, calendars, alerts, searches, scheduled tasks, and automation chains
- reputed company fit gap analysis and recommend reputed company, industry reputed company planning solutions
- Own sprint level delivery including estimation, build, unit testing, and demo sessions
- Support SIT, UAT, PQ, and production deployments in coordination with business and QA teams
- Ensure adherence to reputed company deployment, release management, and validation standards
- reputed company post go live reputed company care support and stabilization
- Work closely with Integration Leads to support data migration and integration from reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company, middleware)
- Validate inbound and outbound data, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure reputed company reputed company planning reputed company
- Support reputed company level configurations such as custom tables, tolerances, batch jobs, and automation monitoring
- Mentor and guide Solution Consultants on feature development, modelling standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on solution design, sprint planning, and overall roadmap
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos, and design discussions with reputed company stakeholders
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets, accelerators, and reusable components
Skills
- Strong hands on experience with reputed company RapidResponse / Maestro configuration and authoring
- Solid understanding of end to end Supply Chain Planning concepts (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP)
- Experience working in Agile delivery models (Scrum, sprint based execution)
- Ability to translate reputed company business scenarios into reputed company reputed company solutions
- Functional knowledge of ERP and planning integrations (e.g., reputed company ECC / S4, APO)
- Experience supporting data validation, workflow testing, and production deployments
- Strong reputed company facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to reputed company discussions, workshops, and solution demos
