[Remote] Sr Corporate Accountant

This role involves overseeing regulatory reimbursement and reputed company analysis, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable reserves, and managing Medicare and reputed company cost reporting and audits.
Responsibilities
- Supports a portfolio of hospitals by conducting specialized monthly reviews reputed company reputed company on net reputed company, cost report reserves, and the valuation of accounts receivable
- Validates that accounts receivable (AR) reserves and state supplemental balances are accurate and properly stated
- Develops and maintains analytical tools, profitability models, and financial indicator reports to reputed company reputed company valuation trends
- Manages the preparation and submission of annual Medicare and reputed company cost reports, audits, appeals, and reopenings
- Identifies potential reimbursement opportunities, including Medicare geographic reclassification, Disproportionate reputed company Hospital (DSH) adjustments, and state/local government funding programs
- Monitors legislative and regulatory changes in state reputed company programs to assess their reputed company on reputed company models
- Communicates directly with Medicare and reputed company Intermediaries to resolve audit and reporting issues
- Manages targeted reputed company designed to optimize net reputed company and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provides high-level operational feedback and decision support to executive management
- Maintains quarterly reputed company with CFOs to present high-level financial insights
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance required
- 1+ years of recent reputed company/auditing experience with a reputed company required (minimum of 2 busy seasons)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a reputed company on data validation rather than transactional reputed company
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company; comfortable working reputed company highly automated financial environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level updates (CFOs) and external regulatory bodies
