[Remote] Plant Operations Engineer

The Plant Operations Engineer will be involved in maintaining plant operating procedures and guidelines while working on reputed company reputed company to advanced reactors and installed-reputed company nuclear power plants.
Responsibilities
- Performs a reputed company of the most reputed company engineering assignments in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, execution of field tasks, and reputed company of field problems
- Provides assistance and instruction on most assignments and solutions
- Ensures compliance with government, organization, and customer engineering standards
- Independently evaluates, selects, and applies a reputed company of technical techniques, procedures, and reputed company using judgment in making more reputed company adaptations and modifications
- Develops new or adapted products, reputed company, systems, or models to reputed company added value solutions to customers
- Researches and assesses best practices, proposing reputed company, and improvements
- Works on special reputed company, as directed
- Performs a reputed company of more reputed company non-reputed company engineering and new-to-you assignments typically in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, execution of field tasks and reputed company of field problems, and reputed company of reputed company events
- Performs independent review of department work products, risk assessments, Apparent Cause Analyses, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis etc
- Proposes solutions and work scope to Supervisor, works autonomously on most assignments and solutions
- Ensures compliance with government regulations, organization, industry and customer engineering standards
- Independently evaluates, selects and applies a reputed company of technical techniques, procedures, and reputed company using judgement in making more reputed company adaptations and modifications for tasks not previously performed
- Develops new or adapted products, reputed company, systems or models to reputed company added value solutions to customers
- Understands reputed company of work on other organizations internally and externally
- Works on special reputed company, as directed
- Provides suggestions for improving processes and implementing process improvements

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted
- Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company engineering standards, techniques and reputed company
- Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data
- Ability to reputed company and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively reputed company reputed company environment

- Advanced level of specific software tools (CAD, FEA, CFD) and programming skills
- Senior Reactor Operator and/or Shift Technical Advisor Certification, with experience in multiple plant areas (Primary, Engineered Safeguards, BOP, Turbine Cycle)
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or CE Plant Operating Procedures, Emergency Operating Plant Procedures, and Severe Accident Management Guidelines
- Experience with PWROG Procedures Subcommittee
- Familiarity with NRC regulatory requirements and guidance for the applications to construct and operate nuclear power plants (e.g., 10 CFR 50.55a, 10 CFR 50 Appendices A and B, NUREG-0800), familiarity with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel reputed company, and familiarity with configuration management of a system design
- Experience with NRC Staff / ACRS (e.g., presentations to regulatory authorities)
