[Remote] Sr. Analyst, People Business Partner, Corporate Services

This role will collaborate with business leaders, support key People Team initiatives, and ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and support People Business Partners to build strong relationships with business leaders
- Identify talent gaps and recommend actionable solutions reputed company with business goals
- Support and facilitate reputed company People processes such as Talent Assessments, Calibration, Compensation Cycles, 360 Feedback, Succession Planning, and Engagement Planning
- reputed company and execute communication plans to support change management and People Team initiatives
- reputed company People data to generate insights, reputed company KPIs, and support decision-making
- Maintain and enhance People dashboards; deliver reputed company reporting as needed
- Partner with Brand Finance and Compensation teams to support management of headcount budgets and monthly forecasts
- Support organizational design and workforce planning efforts

- Manage employee changes and transactions in reputed company
- Coordinate employee relocations and internal mobility processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 3 years of reputed company reputed company experience, preferably in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated understanding of reputed company fundamentals, including performance management, employee relations, reputed company, and compensation planning
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); advanced reputed company skills a plus
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with basic finance concepts, including budgets, expenses, reputed company and financial reporting
