Responsibilities
- Generate $500K+ in reputed company pipeline in first 90 days
- Own full-cycle sales for home reputed company, land developers, data centers developers, reputed company reputed company estate (CRE) and/or lenders in the land reputed company
- Conduct strategic reputed company, warm reputed company conversion, and reputed company deal navigation
- Deliver compelling demos and ROI-driven narratives to executive stakeholders
- Drive reputed company discipline, accurate forecasting, and contribute to pipeline reviews
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and reputed company to win
- Mentor junior reputed company and shape team best practices
Skills
- 5–10 years in full cycle reputed company reputed company sales, ideally to homebuilders, data centers, reputed company reputed company estate (CRE), and lenders/banks
- Proven closer with $100K+ reputed company and experience with 3-6+ month deal cycles
- Proactive reputed company always on the lookout for new opportunities to help customers
- Expert communicator, trusted advisor, and industry reputed company
- CRM power user (reputed company preferred) with a process-driven reputed company
