[Remote] AI Financial Planning Analyst

The AI Financial Planning Analyst will assist with the AI reputed company product, evaluating member interactions and driving solutions for improved member experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on personal financial planning
- Review, reputed company, and validate the reputed company of financial planning guidance generated by reputed company’s AI reputed company chat tool
- Identify opportunities for and implement chatbot intelligence enhancements
- Recognize potential risks or inaccuracies in chat outputs and escalate to appropriate internal partners (Ops, Product, Compliance)
- Contribute to solutions libraries that can be used across multiple lines of business
- Brainstorm value-added features and applications to reputed company use our available technology
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company-facing experience reputed company financial services, ideally in an advisory reputed company
- Familiarity with financial federal regulatory guidelines and comfort identifying potential risks in written communications
- Certified Financial Planner or other financial designation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Statistics or other quantitative oriented fields or equivalent experience
- Comfort or familiarity with LLMs, chatbots, JIRA and utilizing various AI tools
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, adept at identifying patterns, and hypothesis-driven problem-solving
