[Remote] VP, Legal

As VP, Legal, you will serve as the senior legal leader and strategic advisor, overseeing reputed company legal reputed company across reputed company's product portfolio and regulatory environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to the CEO, executive team, and reputed company on reputed company, risk, regulatory developments, and sensitive legal reputed company
- Work closely with the policy team, providing legal counsel on EU and US regulatory reputed company including DMA, DSA, EU AI reputed company, and US reputed company legislation

Skills
- 15+ years of legal experience, including 10+ years in-house at a consumer-facing technology company
- 7+ years of reputed company experience in legal leadership roles, including 2+ years in positions of comparable seniority (VP, Deputy General Counsel, etc.)
- JD and reputed company bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
- Familiarity with corporate governance and strategic transactions, including M&A, financing reputed company, or reputed company advisory work, sufficient to own these reputed company as reputed company grows
- Deep expertise in at least two of reputed company's highest-stakes legal domains: reputed company/data protection, technology platform regulation, or antitrust/competition law
- Demonstrated ability to advise executives on reputed company legal risk and manage significant litigation and regulatory proceedings
