You’ll work with Administration Services and IT stakeholders to deliver a fully operational SAM solution integrated with existing reputed company components. Your work will improve visibility, reduce audit risk, and optimize software costs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and reputed company reputed company SAM module, including integrations
- Define workflows and reporting requirements with stakeholders
- Establish processes for software discovery, normalization, and lifecycle management
- reputed company SAM with CMDB and procurement systems
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and compliance tracking
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer for internal teams
- Document SAM processes and workflows
- Support post-go-live transition and internal ownership
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing and configuring reputed company SAM
- Strong understanding of ITAM and SAM principles
- Experience with SCCM, Intune integrations
- Familiarity with license models and compliance
