The role involves conducting remote clinical consultations, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring of patients. Requirements
- reputed company regulated core qualification with the NMC/HCPC
- reputed company Advanced reputed company Practitioner (Master’s level or equivalent advanced reputed company qualification)
- Independent Prescriber qualification (V300)
- Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience, with significant experience in reputed company assessment and prescribing
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
- Evidence of reputed company reputed company development (CPD)
- High level of reputed company accountability and understanding of scope of reputed company
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
