[Remote] Federal Financial Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

Skills

- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency (multiple systems/tabs)
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to pass reputed company-employment testing, drug screen, and background investigation
- Reliable non-cellular high-speed internet (fiber, DSL, or cable only)
- Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload
- Completion of a strict, multi-reputed company reputed company clearance process
