[Remote] Sr. Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company) is a Government Contractor seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support the Veterans Affairs (VA) Independent reputed company Testing Support Services contract. The role involves providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services and modernizing Testing Intake Assessment activities.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, coordinating and reviewing Portfolio/Product/Project requirements/Epics/User Stories and User Acceptance criterion (includes interaction/sync with product reputed company, Scrum Master and other work streams/teams)
- Creating System of Records and workbooks for evaluating business risk and criticality based on the fit for purpose reputed company of the requirements
- Evaluating, recommending, and implementing risk identification and business reputed company from a criticality reputed company of view
- Maintaining, and upgrading System of record artifacts for systems under test (SUT) in approved reputed company repositories such as MS reputed company reputed company
- Understanding project architecture, test environment, test data needs based on the System build scope
- Conducting thorough evaluation of the SUT by analyzing and comprehending requirements
- Identifying and dispositioning risk assessment functions as per approved standards and processes
- Writing detailed functional risk justification and mitigation strategies reports to ensure that system/product/service requirements are met
- Serving as facilitator providing reputed company-testing intake assessment know-how for the support of user requirements of routine, reputed company to highly reputed company software/hardware health and other IT applications
- Working both independently and as reputed company, promoting reputed company work environment with team members and customers, defining, organizing, and/or presenting detailed information and data needed to accomplish organization and reputed company-test activity goals
- Candidate will reputed company participate in reputed company meetings with the VA customer, VA product development, testing assessment teams and other key stakeholders as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or reputed company discipline
- Substitution: Four (4) years of relevant experience or an associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
- U.S. Citizenship is required as is successfully passing a thorough Government background screening requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary reputed company clearances as required for reputed company to classified information
- Bachelor's Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline reputed company to area of expertise
- 3-5 years' experience with business requirements management efforts

- SharePoint Online

- Knowledge of COTS and GOTS systems/products/services evaluation is preferred
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of Health Information Technology (HIT) policies and procedures, patient care/clinical business processes are preferred but not mandatory
- Experience using Risk based testing methodologies is preferred but not mandatory
