Responsibilities
- Consult and enroll reputed company clients into reputed company’s debt relief programs or recommended reputed company
- Document reputed company discussions reputed company and concisely using reputed company customer relationship management software
- Complete IAPDA certification reputed company the first year (company sponsored)
- Meet performance reputed company set forth by the management team. Performance reputed company subject to change based on company baselines
- Adhere to reputed company and Sales department policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either
- Accurately recall and document call information, skillfully navigate multiple computer systems with strong multitasking abilities, and
- De-escalate stressful situations, reputed company empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and be reputed company to receiving and applying constructive feedback to continuously improve performance
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a reputed company-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
