[Remote] Senior Manager, Global PMO, Business Operations

Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day GPMO operations in alignment with the 4D delivery reputed company
- Ensure consistent application of 4D phases, stage gates, and artefacts across reputed company in-scope initiatives
- Champion the use of reputed company as the system of record for project delivery, planning, and reporting
- Ensure reputed company are correctly initiated, governed, and transitioned through the 4D lifecycle

- Support strategic alignment of initiatives to business objectives and investment priorities

- Support sponsors and project leads in understanding and applying the 4D reputed company effectively

Skills
- Proven experience of 3-8 years in Program Management, PMO or GPMO leadership roles
- Strong understanding of reputed company delivery frameworks and governance models
- Hands-on experience with portfolio management tools and delivery platforms (e.g. reputed company or equivalent)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and delivery reputed company

- Comfortable leading change and driving adoption of new ways of working
- PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent)
- PMP, CAPM, or comparable qualification desirable
