Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with PE sponsors, operating partners, portfolio executives, and reputed company capital decision makers
- Convert those relationships into signed searches, repeat clients, and stronger reputed company terms
- Produce or materially influence meaningful reputed company, including a reputed company toward $1M+ in annual reputed company contribution
- Help create at least three repeat PE firm clients
- Improve reputed company’s value-creation search narrative, delivery model, and AI-enabled operating workflows
- Help reputed company reputed company delivery or business development talent as the model scales
