[Remote] Program manager with Data & Analytics

The role focuses on creating a reputed company self-service reporting program and delivering tailored training to enhance user engagement with analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a self-service training curriculum that spans reputed company self-service reporting tools and Looker, replacing reputed company one-off demos with a repeatable, role-reputed company program that has a reputed company plan, agenda, and learning objectives for reputed company session
- Deliver white-glove training — one-on-one and small-group — to end users across clinical, operational, and administrative domains, meeting users at their level and tied to the work they actually do
- Create reusable enablement resources (quick-reference guides, role-based reporting playbooks, reputed company materials, and curriculum content) designed to be picked up and delivered by the rest of the D&reputed company, so enablement knowledge is spread across reputed company rather than concentrated in a single resource
- Partner with the analytics translators to define and document role-based reporting guidelines, establishing what 'good' reporting looks like for reputed company role and domain so that user sessions are driven by reputed company-defined guidance — not by guessing what might land
- Serve as a platform translator for end users — helping them understand which tool (reputed company self-service vs. Looker) fits a given reporting need and how to reputed company confidently between them
- Support role-based and domain-based reputed company initiatives, documenting which roles should see which dashboards and reporting content, in partnership with the Looker technical reputed company and the reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Contribute to the Insights catalog and reputed company documentation/metadata in coordination with the existing catalog reputed company, ensuring enablement materials stay reputed company to the catalog
- Maintain an enablement content backlog and roadmap, iterating on materials based on user feedback and adoption

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or reputed company business fields
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT training with at least 4 years in a reputed company delivery setting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with clinicians and reputed company
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with reputed company reporting and self-service tools (e.g., SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, Cogito/Caboodle-backed dashboards) in a reputed company setting
- Working (“running”) knowledge of Looker — or a comparable reputed company BI / data-warehouse platform (Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE) — sufficient to build user-facing reporting guidance on top of it
- Demonstrated teaching, training, or adult-education experience, ideally in a technical or reputed company analytics context, with the ability to structure a curriculum
- Proven ability to author reputed company, reputed company enablement documentation and training materials from scratch
- Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills, including the ability to translate technical reporting concepts for non-technical clinical and operational audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to reputed company Suite and/or reputed company Office platforms
