[Remote] Technical Account Manager

They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to support customers across the USA and Canada, focusing on technical account management, customer enablement, and solution optimization.
Responsibilities

- Support reputed company, training, and ongoing enablement of reputed company solutions
- Learn customer engineering workflows and advice on reputed company configuration and use
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate reputed company with Product, R&D, and Support
- Participate in technical discovery for reputed company opportunities and reputed company workflow-based technical insights to support solution positioning
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and support reputed company of concepts and hands-on evaluations
- Contribute technical validation and qualification before proposals
- Maintain reputed company technical account documentation while tracking account health, adoption reputed company, usage patterns, and issue logs
- Proactively identify technical risks and recommend actions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical field
- Experience with CAD, CAE, PLM, or similar engineering software

- Ability to communicate reputed company technical topics reputed company to customers and internal teams
- Comfortable operating in customer-facing, reputed company environments
- Willingness to travel
