[Remote] Senior Sales Support Specialist (Travel)

They are seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist to facilitate reputed company in the travel insurance sector by supporting sales operations, conducting market research, and enhancing business development processes.
Responsibilities
- Support various business development strategies to reputed company business unit (BU) reputed company goals
- Support and enhance business development processes, from reputed company reputed company to closing deals
- Optimize various business development technologies, including reputed company and AI automation tools, as reputed company as relevant reporting
- Analyze business development data and reputed company insights to leadership to improve performance
- Work w/Business Development and Marketing teams to reputed company presentations, proposals, and support request for proposal (RFP) initiatives
- Coordinate applicable conference schedules, TII events, reputed company engagements, and reputed company as a reputed company for the business development team
- Attend prospective reputed company meetings to assist with follow-up and ongoing coordination

- Own PBC SharePoint reputed company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience is required
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations is required, preferably in the travel or travel insurance industry
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite – Intermediate to Advanced reputed company of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint; Teams, SharePoint)
- Market research skills
- Travel is required for events and meetings (20%). Travel may include international travel, a reputed company is required
- Experience with CRM, reputed company is preferred and automation tools required
